Post-treatment precautions

Please avoid eating for 2 hours after the procedure, and avoid foods high in pigment or smoking for about 2 to 3 days.

Immediately after whitening, chemical residue may remain, causing a rough sensation for a while, but this will disappear within approximately a week.

People under the age of 13, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers should not whiten their teeth.
